12:30pm arrival to be seated by 13.00pm for a delicious and nutritious 3 course summers lunch.
The Swindon Dialysis Unit summer lunch
is held annually to provide an opportunity for dialysis patients, their friends, family and nursing staff to get together for an informal lunch.
The lunch is free of charge for both dialysis patients and nursing staff.
Please note; the venue will make a charge for these free places, which the event organisers will still have to pay for in event of non-attendance, therefore, if you say you will attend please, do your best to come along.
There is a charge of £20.00 per head for transplant patients, family members, friends and guests. This charge is reduced to £12.00 per head for children under the ages of 16.
After lunch is finished, we will be holding a raffle, therefore, please feel free to bring a raffle prize for donation with you to the lunch.
If you are not attending, your raffle prize donation, will still be welcome and can be left at renal reception for collection.
We are also in the process of organising some fantastic items for auction, which we will make an announcement about on the day.
This year the summer lunch is promising to be an exciting event in the calendar and one not to be missed, we will have access to the adjoining patio area at the hotel, weather permitting of course, and all reservations are on a first come first basis and which must be confirmed by the 9th June 2019 to avoid any disappointment.
